How long will it take before I see results?
Honestly? It depends on the severity of the injury and how long it's been going on. Most people start to feel meaningful progress within 4-8 weeks. Full return to sport is typically anywhere from 6 to 18 weeks. No shortcuts are ever taken — rushing the process is how re-injuries happen.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
The program sessions are typically 30-60 minutes, 3-4 times per week — built around your schedule, not a fixed template. Plus your weekly 1:1 coaching call, which is usually 30-45 minutes. If you're working with physio or training in the gym, we build the program to sit alongside what you're already doing.
What if my injury is complicated or long-standing?
Those are actually the cases I work best with. If it's been going on for months or years, it means the standard approaches haven't worked — which is exactly why a personalised, structured approach exists. Tom had two years of chronic back pain before we worked together. Complicated doesn't mean unfixable.
Is $110 per week worth it?
That's a weekly coaching call, a fully personalised program, ongoing support, and regular adjustments — for less than what most physio appointments cost per session. Do I need access to a gym or specialist equipment?
